Collection update! Thanks to UC Davis Alum Janeth SanPedro, the Bulosan Center just acquired a diary of an American Soldier from the Philippine American War. George Surley dictates his first hand accounts of the war, which we hope will assist future scholarship in this pivotal moment in Philippine and Filipino American history. We hope to have this item digitized and available online in the upcomming months!

Maraming Salamat to everyone who attended last Saturday's Fil Policy Symposium! Over 140+ attendees from across California joined us at Cal State East Bay to build a united Filipino Policy Platform to take to the State Capitol. We are so incredibly thankful to all the interns, volunteers, CSU East Bay PASA team members, and Steering Committee members who made this gathering possible. We are HYPED for Sacramento and in the words of our Associate Director, Wayne Silao Jopanda, let's get this pan de sal!
